Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At BioGrade, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original order date. No questions asked.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team:

  • Subject Line: Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number]

Please include the following in your email:

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Conditions

  • The 90-day guarantee period begins on the date your order was placed, not the delivery date.
  • This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through trybiograde.com only.
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund per product. This policy is not intended for repeated or recurring refund requests on the same product.
  • Refunds apply to the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not require you to return the product. You do not need to send anything back.

Subscription Orders

If you are subscribed to a recurring order:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@trybiograde.com or through your account dashboard.
  • The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only.
  • Subsequent subscription orders are eligible for a refund only if cancelled before the next shipment is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trybiograde.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@trybiograde.com.
