Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At BioGrade, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original order date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team:

- Subject Line: Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number]
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Conditions
- The 90-day guarantee period begins on the date your order was placed, not the delivery date.
- This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through trybiograde.com only.
- Each customer is eligible for one refund per product. This policy is not intended for repeated or recurring refund requests on the same product.
- Refunds apply to the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not require you to return the product. You do not need to send anything back.
Subscription Orders
If you are subscribed to a recurring order:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@trybiograde.com or through your account dashboard.
- The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only.
- Subsequent subscription orders are eligible for a refund only if cancelled before the next shipment is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trybiograde.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of confirmation:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@trybiograde.com.
